I am currently converting some mail users to iNotes. The functionality it gives me for my roaming users is great. However, the reason for this post is that at our company we use a Xerox WorkCentre Pro 665 enhanced to scan and email documents instead of the traditional phone dial fax, it creates an email with an image.tif. I can view this attachment in the regular Notes Client as well as Webmail, but not in iNotes... Any suggestions or solutions greatly appreciated...
I have tried searching on the Forums using attach, attachments, iNotes, etc but to no avail.
